FUKURO Roastery has once again proven its mettle in the coffee world, making waves at the prestigious PCA 2025 Miri, Sarawak Brewer's Cup competition. Ngue Jian Sze, the owner of FUKURO, represented FUKURO in this event. His skill secured him the first runner up of this brewer's competition.

The PCA Brewer's Cup held a participation number of 24 skilled brewers. Participants are grouped in pairs to compete, whoever wins get to advance into next stage. Though this event was held in Miri, Sarawak division, there are participants coming all around, ranging from Kuala Lumpur (KL), Singapore, Brunei, and Sibu.

Securing the first runner-up position is not only a testament to Ngue Jian Sze’s expertise but also a significant milestone for FUKURO Roastery. It underscores the roastery's commitment to excellence and its growing reputation in the specialty coffee scene.

Adding a unique touch to his brew, Jian Sze brought FUKURO Roastery's exclusive Limitless Brewer Set to the competition. This innovative brewing tool showcased his commitment to pushing boundaries in coffee preparation, and emphasised the "convenience" of brewing a high quality, compete level coffee using Limitless Brewer Set.

FUKURO Roastery’s success at the PCA 2025 Brewer's Cup has inspired many in the local coffee community. This created a direct impact where a few of our regular customers spike interest in attending competition, and decided to join an upcoming Origami Brewer's Cup hosted in Sibu a few weeks later.

And again, FUKURO couldn't stressed our vision more - to bridge specialty coffee brewing and all regular coffee consumers. We want more people to understand the fundamental of coffee, the joy of brewing and the appreciation to specialty coffee.

这次的比赛共吸引了24位技艺精湛的手冲咖啡师参与。参赛者分成对组进行淘汰賽，获胜者将直接晋级到下一阶段，以此类推直到决赛。尽管这场比赛是在马来西亚砂拉越的美里市举行，但也吸引了来自各地的参赛者，包括吉隆坡（KL）、新加坡、文莱和诗巫等。

获得亚军不仅是剑智专业技能的证明，也是 FUKURO 的一个重要里程碑。它彰显了 FUKURO 对追求卓越品质精品咖啡的承诺，同时也看到 FUKURO 在精品咖啡界不断增长的声誉。

为了增加他在手冲咖啡冲煮的独特风格，剑智将 FUKURO Roastery 的专属“无界滤杯”带到了比赛中。这款手冲咖啡滤杯展示了他在普及化手冲咖啡的决心，并强调了使用无界滤杯冲煮出来咖啡的“便利性”，同时保留着高质量和媲美竞赛级别的风味萃取。

事实上，FUKURO 在 PCA 2025 Brewer's Cup 上的成功激励了当地的许多人。这直接影响了一些我们的常客，他们因此对参加比赛产生了兴趣，并决定参加几周后将在诗巫举行的Origami Brewer's Cup比赛。
